Why should you join the ACS team?

Here's just a few of the best reasons:

  1. You are a professional. ACS respects that you are an autonomous professional building relationships and a brand of your own. We have a competitive rate and your client list is yours, always.
  2. We are the whole package. ACS offers a full therapy practice solution with electronic scheduling, filing, hosting, and billing systems, social media interaction, digital advertising, and secure business phone, voicemail, and email for our team. We are adding to our library of assessment tools for our team to use.
  3. Go Green. The ACS online office environment limits your commute and traffic stress, reduces your living expenses, and lowers the impact of your carbon footprint on the environment.
  4. Get cozy. Make yourself a cup of tea and curl up in your favourite chair. ACS employs virtual therapy rooms, which gives you a professional setting to see clients with all the comforts of home.
  5. We value you for you. Your unique skills and experience bring a fresh perspective to ACS and we welcome the opportunity to expand our understanding and knowledge from you.
  6. Be part of a team. ACS senior psychologists provide professional support and advice. We are a collaborative group that regularly case consults and we mentor for success.
  7. Focus on clients. Save yourself the stress of running your business. The ACS admin support team handles your schedule and billings, leaving you more time with clients. Appointments are booked and paid online using PIPEDA-compliant industry-specific practice management software (created and housed in Canada), paired with in-house phone support.
  8. We all deserve room to grow. Work on additional certifications while you work at ACS. We encourage and support skills development. Depending on areas of interest, supervision may be available to expand competencies.
